K S Ramanan is an independent Learning & Development consultant-facilitator and coach with over 30 years of work experience. Preeja Sreedhar’s success and several commendable achievements lie very strongly in her motto, which is to “Build an Attitude to Succeed”. Her journey began with a Master’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication, a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Post-Graduation in Human Resource Management.
Starting out as a Journalist and a Copy Writer, Preeja moved onto Academia and became a keen researcher. Her research papers and articles in human resource management, organizational behaviour and communication have been presented at several IIMs, such as Kanpur, Lucknow and Indore.

R.Subramaniyan is a senior Banker. He has worked in State Bank of Mysore and State Bank of Hyderabad (now known as State Bank of India) for a span of 34 years. He has held various senior positions in the Bank as Head-Regional Office, Head-Zonal Office, Head-HR etc .He has vast experience in the Corporate Banking, Trade Finance, Foreign Exchange. He retired as Deputy General Manager from the Bank in May 2014. Currently, he is a freelance Financial Advisor and Consultant for various high value corporate clients across India.
He is in the line of activity of Project Preparation, syndication of large value advance etc. for the corporate clients. He is also actively involved in the education field launched by “IBM” under the head “IBM Innovation Center for Education”. He is a regular visiting faculty on behalf of IBM to various Universities/Colleges to impart Banking knowledge under “T3” program (Train the Trainers).
