He regularly participates in various Industry forums as resource person, moderator, and panel discussion speaker and recipient of many awards for his leadership skills. He also mentor’s start-up companies to device sustainable strategies.


Dr.Randhir PushpaDr.Randhir Pushpa is a management consultant and researcher, with extensive experience in the field of Knowledge Management. He is a founder of Acies Innovations, a KM Consulting firm based in Bangalore.

He has more than 20 years of work experience and has worked with both IT and Non IT service companies. He has worked on building virtual organizations that are geographically dispersed, digital workplaces and building culture of sharing/collaboration.
